„reply: Many people will take you seriously and will judge you psychic, think you are special and encourage you to believe that what you think was telepathy probably was telepathy. Those few skeptics who remain, however, will not encourage to think that you are telepathic. We won't necessarily judge you to be foolish, unless you persist in your belief contrary to good evidence to the contrary.“http://skepdic.com/comments/psi1com.html - Cached
„if you read this before, page 10 (with'the fallacy of search engines') is where a lot of changes really start happening. i know that this might need one more draft before i put it to bed, but i hope this will generate some discussion. which will then aim me in the direction i need to head with it.“http://interactive.usc.edu/members/tripp/archives/ cat_projects.html - Cached
„If radio in America has become so bad, we might start seeing more instances of this happening. The FCC's relaxed rules in media ownership has allowed just a few conglomerates to take control of the airwaves, resulting in cloned radio formats throughout the entire country. The individualism and uniqueness of the DJ's, many of whom can be credited for increasing the listenership of radio, is gone.“http://www.camworld.com/archives/001205.html - Cached
„I knew that most of the professors that I took classes from were retiring soon after I left and I thought I'd take a look at what was happening there. I like the web pag, it was about time the university and chemistry department upgraded but it looks as though things are moving along nicely. Great Job.“http://www.geocities.com/capecanaveral/hall/4196/ geobook.html - Cached

„When you click on the URL for the demo, it launches the Help program, which in turn launches Terminal on your own machine—and then, without any intervention from you, runs “du”. This is harmless, but has the quite terrifying property of scrolling through a complete list of the files on your computer. At that moment, you realize that you’re the data loss equivalent of a spider heldabove a fire by someone’s cupped hands.“http://nielsenhayden.com/makinglight/archives/ 005217.html - Cached

„("If you want to hear a record/Get the word from Aidan Day/He knows all the hits to play/to keep you in your place all day...") I like to hear people play weird things on the radio, yes, even UK garage, which is why I miss KALX so damn much. It is quite impossible for me to convey to anyone who hasn't been here how badly Singapore radio sucks. It is a living hell of Celine Dion, boy bands, and random, very bad disco songs.“http://examinedlife.typepad.com/johnbelle/2003/09/ rock_me_like_a_.html - Cached

„We originally tried the Xserve w/ the idea that given the pleasant user interface provided by MacOS X, we felt there was a good chance that the GUI administrative interface for the Xserve would offer a pleasant, flexible, and comprehensive alternative to what we'd used elsewhere. This didn't turn out to be the case, unfortunately. You can do a little more from Xserve's configuration interface than what's in vanilla MacOS X, but not nearly enough to make it worth using for anything more than default installation of daemons -- essentially, we're reduce to screwing around w/ text files (I'm not saying having the option of being able to do this is bad -- what I don't like is having it be the only real option especially on a Mac!)“http://joi.ito.com/archives/2002/11/08/ trying_the_switch.html - Cached

„It isn't always easy to be a Mac user in a Windows world, and Actual Technologies sought to level the playing field with their Mac-only, Mac-first Actual ODBC Driver for Microsoft SQL Server. It allows you to access SQL Server databases from an application such as Excel and use queries to populate spreadsheets, charts, and graphs with live data.“http://www.stargeek.com/item/74998.html - Cached
„I have been running the WWDC preview release of Mac OS X 10.3 Panther on my TiBook for over a week now, and I’ve noticed an odd problem with NetNewsWire 1.0.3 under this OS. Specifically, it’s crashing/quitting when updating from my friend Michael’s blog. What’s even more odd is that version 1.0.2 of NNW works just fine!“http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/osx/ os_x_10_3_2_feedback.html - Cached
„Once here plan is put into motion the machines are faced with a two-fold problem. Either destroy the humans (and Neo) and risk having Smith overrun the Matrix thus loosing control of it. Or use Neo (who was being used all along by the Oracle to serve her purpose with cookies, candy, etc.) to stop Smith at the cost of breaking the Matrix cycle and bringing peace to the humans of Zion.“http://www.imaclanni.blogspot.com/archives/ 2003_12_01_imaclanni_archive.html - Cached
„Cool article from wired . It may turn out to be an urban myth but it is certainly not unreasonable, and probably being imitated as we speak. Dude rocks into CompUSA and plugs his iPod into a firewire slot on a Mac and copies "Microsoft's new Office for OS X suite, which retails for $500" as well as god-knows-what-else onto its 5G drive.“http://www.chunder.com/blog/blog04.html - Cached
