I've been considering buying a DV camcorder for a few months now and now our European vacation is all systems go, I find myself increasingly considering that purchase.“

„We recently completed a project using the NTSC XL-1 for a commercial shoot then transferring our source footage to Digital Betacam using a DSR-80 DV edit deck with SDI (serial digital) output. We then were able to digitize the footage for offline in an Avid Media Composer, and later online using an Abekas digital disk recorder and its SDI input/output back to a DBeta master.
